Most items are made to order.

Our current processing time is 2–3 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing time refers to the time needed to create, prepare, and package your order before it ships.

 

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery time is determined by the shipping carrier selected at checkout. Shipping times are separate from processing times.

 

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way.

 

Shipping Carriers

 

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. Carrier selection is based on your order and destination.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Maison Cerisette is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delays

Once an order has shipped, Maison Cerisette is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Tracking information will allow you to monitor your shipment.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Maison Cerisette is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, we recommend contacting your local post office or carrier directly.
